This Qualification is for learners who are looking for a career in the hospitality industry or individuals currently working in the industry without formal training.

It allows learners to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or a career in the hospitality sector.

In doing so this qualification covers areas of food and beverage service and cooking components, and candidates have the option to choose either Food and Beverage or Food Preparation when completing their Qualification

It allows learners to progress into employment or on to the following International qualifications:
